What is an Independent Contractor?
An independent contractor is not an employee. At AEX, our Delivery Service Providers are independent contractors because they all contract with us through their own business entities and enjoy the freedom and opportunity to manage and grow their businesses as they deem best.
What type of vehicle is needed or required?
As an independent contractor you are expected to have your own vehicle. There is no specific vehicle type needed, but there are certain availabilities and capabilities that larger vehicles have due to space availability (such as Vans).
When can I get started?
After you have provided all necessary information and completed a government- and customer-mandated screening process, you will be invited in for a contract signing and an orientation.
What types of deliveries are available?
There are all different types of deliveries. It is a very wide range from On-Demand, Dedicated, Time-sensitive, and Home Deliveries. The best thing about having a wide range of deliveries is that we are able to help fill your needs with what you are looking for.
